Tensionless inspection rolling machine for open-width knitted fabric

This machine is purposely designed to roll tension sensitive fabric in relax manner. Operator can adjust the fabric tension electronically while machine is in operation. We equipped this machine with sensors to detect the edge of the fabric, and reposition the winding mechanism to achieve better winding result. Our system is 100% electrical (as opposed to hydraulic), and able to deliver smooth movement and free of hydraulic fluid that can contaminate the fabric. It is a versatile machine that can be configured as roll to roll or plait (fold) to roll.
